Pastor Jim is a Carthage native and married to Karen. They have two sons and one daughter. Jim served churches in New York and Alabama before returning to serve as FBCC's Senior Pastor in 2024.  He is a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University, holds a M. Div from Luther Rice Seminary, and is pursuing a D. Min from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary.  He enjoys playing the guitar and spending time with family.
